Why is DDproperty launching Agent Certification?

DDproperty launched Agent Certification, with the aim to raise the professionalism and competencies of agents by awarding certification to those who have attained the highest level of standard and instill consumer trust and confidence.

To be certified, agents must show commitment to your profession by demonstrating that you’re active in the business with verifiable transactions or upskilling with DDproperty’s partner institutions.

How would Agent Certification benefit me?

Agent Certification, being the highest level of professional accreditation on DDproperty, gives you more visibility by awarding you a Certified badge that’s displayed on your public profile and listings.

With Agent Certification, you can enjoy a host of benefits:

  • Brand yourself as a trusted and credible property expert & stand out from your competitors

  • Increase your success of attracting more visibility and leads for your listings

How do I qualify for Agent Certification?

There are 2 steps to qualify for Agent Certification:

  • First, you have to be verified. Verification is a process that permits us to check that you are who you say you are. To instill trust and safety for all users of our platform, agents must submit the following to be verified:

    • A photo of yourself with your government-issued ID Card or Passport

    • LINE ID

    • Phone Number

    • Email

    • Your DDproperty agent profile must reflect your Full name and Profile photo as per your government-issued ID card or Passport

    • If you’re under a Verified agency, you must submit one of the following:

      • Letter of verification from agency

      • Your name card from agency

      • Latest commission / payslip from agency

  • Once verification is successful, you are then eligible for Agent Certification. To be certified, you must meet either of the 2 following criteria:

    Criteria 1: Demonstrate that you are active in the business by providing verifiable transactions

    Complete 3 property transactions in the last 12 months and submit verifiable documents:

    • Agent Appointment Agreement

    • Copy of Deed

    • Purchase or Rental Agreement (ทด.13 / อช.16)

    Criteria 2: To be awarded at least 1 certificate from DDproperty’s recognised institutions

How would Agent Certification appear on my public profile and listings?

You can gain additional exposure with the Verified (in green) and Certified (in gold) badges on your public profile and listings on the following pages:

  • Agent Profile

  • Listing Details

  • Search Results (Listing Card)

  • Search Results (under ‘Featured Agents’ on the right)

  • ‘Find Agent’ directory

  • Search Filter for Verified agents

I have submitted the documents required for Agent Certification. When can I expect the certification to be displayed on my public profile and listings?

Please see below for the schedule upon full submission of documents. Your Agent Certification will be updated 2 weeks from the submission period.

  • If you submit your documents on Wed, 9 Nov 2022, your Agent Certification will be updated on your public profile and listings by Fri, 25 Nov 2022.

  • If you submit your documents on Wed, 14 Dec 2022, your Agent Certification will be updated on Mon, 2 Jan 2023 (since Fri, 30 Dec 2022 is a public holiday).

What is the validity period of my Agent Certification? Do I need to renew it upon expiry?

There is no expiry to your Agent Certification. Upon the award of Agent Certification, it’ll be displayed on your public profile and listings indefinitely.

Is Agent Certification available for Corporate account holders?

Agent Certification is not available for Corporate account holders. However Corporate account holders are eligible to be verified by submitting the following:

  • Business Registration (DBD document with Tax ID)

  • Official Website link

  • Official Account Line ID (or Facebook/LinkedIn company page)

  • Email

I do not wish to be Certified, however I would like my public profile to be Verified. Is this possible?

Yes, if you choose to have your public profile verified, you must submit the following:

  • A photo of yourself with your government-issued ID Card or Passport

  • LINE ID

  • Phone Number

  • Email

  • Your DDproperty agent profile must reflect your Full name and Profile photo as per your government-issued ID card or Passport

  • If you’re under a Verified agency, you must submit one of the following:

    • Letter of verification from agency

    • Your name card from agency

    • Latest commission / payslip from agency

Is Agent Certification compulsory for all DDproperty agents?

While Agent Certification is non-compulsory for all DDproperty agents, you’re encouraged to enroll for this free branding tool that offers many value-adds such as helping you build greater trust and credibility for your business and increasing your exposure and chances of getting leads.

I have been awarded an Agent Certification, how do I opt out of it?

We strongly discourage you from withdrawing from Agent Certification as it is a powerful free branding tool that allows you to build greater trust and credibility for your business and increases your exposure and chances of getting leads.

However, should you still decide to withdraw, you may reach out to your Account Manager or contact us at 02-204-9555 (Mon - Fri, excluding Public Holiday, 9am - 6pm).
