Where does the ‘Name Card’ lead to when property seekers click on it?
For Pro and Superstar package subscribers, it goes to your Agent Profile in DDproperty Agent Directory. For Beginner package subscribers, it will not be linked to any page since the package does not have access to the Agent Profile page.
How is the order of ‘Name Card’ display determined?
It is displayed randomly, without a specific order algorithm. It changes when you refresh the page.
Would my phone number be shown in the ‘Name Card’ if I don’t have a LINE account?
Yes, your phone number will be shown.

How many Featured Agent listings can I activate?
One for Sale listing and one for Rent listing from the district that you’ve booked your Featured Agent slot in.
How can I select the Sale / Rent listing to be my Featured Agent listing?
You may select the listing through these steps:
Click on “Featured Agent” tab on your AgentNet Dashboard
Click on “Manage” on the district you have booked, followed by “Listing Priorty” tab
Select the one for Sale listing and one for Rent listing on respective “Sale” and “Rent” tab, to be prioritised
Can I change the listing after activating my Featured Agent listing?
Yes, you can if it is within your Featured Agent slot booking period.
I don’t do property rental. Can I choose two Sale listings to be my Featured Agent listings?
No, you are unable to. Likewise, if you do not have Sale listings, you are unable to activate two Rent listings for your Featured Agent listings.
How long will my Featured Agent listing be ranked above all listing types?
It will be ranked above all listing types, for as long as your Featured Agent slot booking lasts.
How is the listing rank of my Featured Agent listing determined? Do I need to repost my Featured Agent listing to stay on top of the search results?
It is displayed randomly, without a specific listing rank algorithm. It changes when you refresh the page and reposting your Featured Agent does not affect the ranking.
If I have 5 listings for the same district, does this mean that all my 5 listings get the “Featured Agent” label?
No. Only the Featured Listings that you have prioritised get the “Featured Agent” label over the cover photo.

How can I book a Featured Agent slot?
Featured Agent slot is booked using Ad Credits, through AgentNet (web).
Select the Featured Agent tab on the top navigation bar of your AgentNet Dashboard
Search for any Condo District, or browse from the different District tiles
If slots are available, you can simply click on Book Now

How many Ad Credits do I need to book a Featured Agent slot?
The number of Ad Credits needed to Book, Reserve, or Extend a Featured Agent slot is displayed in each district tile. The credit quantity varies according to the district and duration selected.
To know how many Ad Credits are required for a Featured Agent slot, you can simply:

The Ad Credits required to book a minimum of 30 days will be displayed on each tile
Can I use cash to book Featured Agent slots?
You can only book Featured Agent slots using Ad Credits. It is part of your agent package subscription entitlement. If you have finished using your Ad Credits, you can purchase more through your Account Manager or simply contact us at 02-204-9555.
Can a Corporate package subscriber book Featured Agent?
Yes, you can do so via AgentNet (web).
How long can I book a Featured Agent slot for?
You will be able to book a Featured Agent slot for a duration of 30, 90, or 180 days each time using Ad Credits.
You will also be able to extend the duration of your booking thereafter.

I want to cancel my active Featured Agent slot. Can I get a refund of my Ad Credits or change my Featured Agent slot?
No. You will be unable to get a refund of Ad Credits or make any changes to the type of Featured Agent slot upon confirmation. Your Featured Agent slot will continue to be booked to the end date of your selected duration. You could still leverage on the two guaranteed top listing spots you have, to prioritise other listings for greater listing exposure.
With the increased flexibility of Featured Agent booking at a minimum of just 30 days, we advise that you select and curate your Featured Agent bookings according to your needs. You will be able to conveniently extend the duration of your booking accordingly as and when it supports your business demands.
Can I choose the activation date of my Featured Agent slot?
Any booked Featured Agent slot will start at 00:00hrs of the coming day. E.g., Agent A booked a Featured Agent slot on 03 Jul 2022, 15:30hrs. The booking will start on 04 Jul 2022, 00:00hrs.
For any reserved Featured Agent slot, the booking will start at 00:00hrs of the next earliest available slot up to 5 days ahead. The date will be automatically indicated when you are reserving a slot. E.g., Agent B reserved a Featured Agent slot on 03 Jul 2022, 15:30hrs. The next available slot is shown as 08 Jul 2022. The booking will start on 08 Jul 2022, 00:00hrs.

You can easily check the status of your active Featured Agent bookings on AgentNet Web.
