Dynamic Pricing has been introduced to enable you to get the best value for your marketing activities in the ever-changing marketplace. It considers the level of competition and listing supply for a specific property type in a location / project, to set the Ad Credits amount needed for your marketing activities.

The benefits of Dynamic Pricing can be illustrated in these scenarios:

  • Scenario 1: Low volume market activity (when demand and supply for property is low)

The amount of Ad Credits required for Featured Agent, Turbo, Boost, Repost, and Post a listing may decrease, allowing you to take advantage of the low competition condition to market your listing actively.

  • Scenario 2: High volume market activity (when demand and supply for property is high)

The amount of Ad Credits required for Featured Agent, Turbo, Boost, Repost, and post listing may increase, to reduce competition from poor quality and fake listings. In turn, this makes it easier for property seekers to find your high-quality listing.

From 15 August 2022 (00:00hrs), the number of Ad Credits needed to post / repost your listing and activate your value-added tools, like Featured Agent, Turbo and Boost, will be determined by Dynamic Pricing.

The amount of Ad Credits required for your marketing activities will be indicated next to your listing or when booking your Featured Agent slot in AgentNet for your easy reference.
