The Great Ad Credits Rebate rewards agents with CenPay shopping vouchers if you have spent a minimum number of Ad Credits based on your agent package during the giveaway period.

When is this giveaway happening?

The giveaway runs from 23 June 2022, 00:00 hours to 26 July 2022, 23:59 hours.

Who is eligible to take part in this giveaway?

All active DDproperty agents with Beginner, Pro and Superstar packages are eligible to participate.

How do I participate in this giveaway?

Agents must spend a minimum number of Ad Credits based on your package type to redeem the following prizes (max. 1 prize per account). No registration/opt-in to the giveaway is required.

Can you share useful tips to help me win the prizes?

You may follow the recommended actions below to guide you in winning the prizes.

The below is calculated based on average Ad Credits (AC) required per action – 5 AC for Repost and 140 AC for Turbo respectively.

The average Ad Credits per action stated above serves as a guide, based on DDproperty’s agent usage data from January – May 2022. However, the amount of Ad Credits required on actual action may vary and agents are advised to track your Ad Credits spend using the Ad Credits consumption report available on AgentNet.

How can I track my Ad Credits spend?

You may track your Ad Credits spend using the Ad Credits consumption report available on AgentNet.

If I have spent more than the minimum Ad Credits required to qualify for the prize, do I get to redeem for more prizes?

Agents can redeem a maximum of 1 unit of CenPay shopping voucher subject to a minimum number of Ad Credits spend, based on your package type.

For example: If you’re a Beginner agent who have spent 150 Ad Credits, you will be entitled to 1 unit of THB 100 voucher. Likewise, if you’re a Pro agent who have spent 520 Ad Credits, you will be entitled to 1 unit of THB 500 voucher.

How would I be notified if I’m selected as a winner?

All winners will be notified via SMS by 31 August 2022.

I’m selected as a winner, how do I redeem my prize?

The SMS you received will contain a unique link to your voucher. Click on the link and you will be directed to an e-voucher. Follow the instructions on the e-voucher to redeem it.

Are the prizes transferrable or exchangeable for cash or other items? ​

Prizes are non-transferable and are not exchangeable for cash or other items. DDproperty reserves the right to change the prizes without providing prior notice.

Giveaway Period and Entry Criteria

  • Giveaway period: 23 June 2022, 00:00 hours – 26 July 2022, 23:59 hours

  • Eligibility: All active DDproperty agents with Beginner, Pro and Superstar packages are eligible to participate.

  • Mechanics: Agents must spend a minimum number of Ad Credits based on their package type to redeem the following prizes (max. 1 prize per account):

  • Any costs associated with entering the Giveaway is the participant’s responsibility.

  • All Giveaway information including but not limited to Giveaway period, prizes, winners, terms and conditions shall be updated on the Giveaway page.

Prizes and Redemption

  • Participants must spend a minimum number of Ad Credits based on their package type to redeem the following prizes (max. 1 prize per account):

  • Winners will be notified via SMS by 31 August 2022.

  • Should the winner be uncontactable, DDproperty reserves the right to award the prize to a replacement winner, forfeit the prize or donate the prize to charity.

  • In the event of a dispute, the winner’s entitlement is subject to the sole discretion and final decision of DDproperty. DDproperty’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

  • Prizes are strictly not transferrable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or extendable in validity. DDproperty reserves the right to replace the prizes with items of similar value.

  • DDproperty shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred during the prize fulfillment process. Any additional costs (e.g. travel expenses) incurred to redeem/claim the prize shall be fully borne by the winner.

  • In the event that a winner is unable to claim his/her prize, he/she can assign a representative to collect the prize on his/her behalf. However, a letter of authorisation must be presented by the representative, together with a copy of the winner’s valid identification document.

  • DDproperty is not responsible for all liabilities arising from any deferment, cancellation, delay or changes to the prizes or any unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of DDproperty and for any act or default by any vendor or third-party supplier.

Rights of the Organiser

  • By participating in the Giveaway, participants give their consent to DDproperty to publish and use their names for advertising, marketing, publicity and/or any other purpose, without any prior notice or compensation given.

  • DDproperty is not liable for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant as a result of entering the Giveaway or accepting the prize or any injury or damage to the participant's or any other person's personal property including but not limited to a computer or mobile telephone relating to or resulting from participating in the Giveaway. DDproperty reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway.

  • DDproperty reserves the right to disqualify a participant if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the participant has violated the terms and conditions of the Giveaway and/or DDproperty’s Terms of Purchase.

  • Participation in the Giveaway constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions of the Giveaway. DDproperty reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions of the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
