What is this Partner360 Rewards Programme about?
As a valued Agent Partner, we would like to reward and appreciate you for choosing DDproperty as your trusted partner to grow your business with.
Through the Rewards Programme, we have put together a suite of rewards and privileges especially for you — to thank you for your trust with DDproperty.
When was the Partner360 Rewards Programme launched?
This programme was launched on 17 Jan 2022. The rollout consisted of the rewards programme for the Prestige tiers (Black, Platinum and Gold), while the Elite tier will be launched in 2023.
What are the privileges I’ll have through this Rewards Programme?
All Agent Partners who have an active agent package subscription (Beginner, Pro and Superstar) are automatically enrolled into the Partner360 Rewards Programme.
As you progress your career with DDproperty, your status will also advance which will merit exclusive treats from our Prestige Rewards (Black, Platinum and Gold status). This includes Quarterly Rebate on Ad Credits Purchases , Quarterly Exclusive Experience, Yearly Special Event and more!
How do I qualify for each rewards tier?
You can earn 2.5 reward points for every THB100 invested in your Agent Package Subscription, Ad Credits and Premium Features.
Your reward points will be calculated based on the last 12 months and you will be qualified into the corresponding rewards tiers as you progress in your career with DDproperty. Your rewards tier will be updated quarterly.
Example of your investment from 01 Jan 2021 – 31 Dec 2021 (12 months)
Invested in an Agent Package Subscription, Ad Credits, & Premium Features:
Subscribed to Superstar Package at THB43,300
Purchased 6,000 Ad Credits at THB24,000
Total Points Earned = ((THB43,300 + THB24,000) / THB100) x 2.5 pts = 1,683 pts
This means that you qualify as a Platinum Tier agent in our Jan 2022 reward points quarterly updates.
*Points will not be awarded for complimentary Agent Packages and Products.
What is the criteria used for the selection of Black Agent Partners?
Black partners have made significant investments in their business with DDproperty. To keep this group’s prestige and exclusivity at the highest, we carefully curate the membership of this exclusive tier.
While we have a minimum qualifying criteria of 2,250 reward points, we also take other factors into consideration. Invitations are handled on an individual basis, and are subject to review.
I have been subscribing to DDproperty Agent Package for the last 5 years and invested a total of THB72,000 Does it mean I have earned 1,800 points?
The reward points are calculated based on your spending in the last 12 months and not throughout your DDproperty subscription tenure. For example, you have invested THB40,000 in the last 12 months, you would have earned 1,000 points.
I have an active Agent Package subscription with DDproperty but did not receive any notification on my rewards tier.
If you have subscribed to our Agent Package after the calculation period cut off date, you will only receive your rewards tier information in the next quarterly update.
For example, in the Jan 2022 rewards tier update, the calculation takes into account your investments in DDproperty between 1 Jan 2021 to 31 Dec 2021. If you started your subscription after 31 Dec 2021, you will receive your rewards information in the next update in Apr 2022.

How can I find out how many points I had earned to date?
Your points will be available to check on AgentNet from Feb 2022 onwards. You’ll see your rewards status and points here:
Your reward points and status would be available via AgentNet App in Feb 2022 too.
How to check my rewards tier status?
Your rewards tier status and points will be updated quarterly based on this schedule.
You can find your latest rewards status and points via AgentNet (available from Feb 2022 onwards).
When can I progress to the next rewards tier?
Once you have accumulated the minimum reward points needed for you to progress to the next tier, you will be upgraded to a higher rewards tier in the following quarter. You can view your latest rewards status and points via AgentNet.
What happens if I have not accumulated enough points to progress to the next tier?
We wanted you to continuously enjoy the perks in your current tier as long as possible, so we will extend our qualification of tiers over 2 consecutive quarters to keep you on your current tier. From February 2022 onwards, you can view your latest rewards status and points via AgentNet.
Will my Rewards tier go back to a clean slate when my account expires?
The rewards tier and points you had earned in the last 12 months will expire, upon your account expiry.
I am a corporate account holder, am I eligible for this Rewards Programme?
