About the Updated Agent Packages
When are the updated Agent Package prices and entitlements taking effect?
Our Agent Package subscription prices stay the same, but powered up with up to 40,000 Ad Credits basis your package type, so you can take control of your listings for better exposure. These changes apply to Beginner, Pro and Superstar packages and will take effect from 1 December 2021.
Besides enhancing the packages with extra Ad Credits, you can also enjoy these value-added products and services such as Academy, FastKey Asia Project, Listing Performance Insight, Market Supply Gap, designed to maximise your investment on DDproperty and deliver greater value and performance to you.
All our Agent Packages are supercharged with the all new and powerful Market Insights powered by PropertyGuru DataSense and Partner360 value offerings to help you maximise your investment on DDproperty and deliver greater efficiency and closings to you.

Are there changes to the rates or package entitlements for Corporate Accounts?
There is no change to the subscription prices for Corporate Accounts. However, you may reach out to your sales representative or contact our Customer Service at 0 2204 9555 to find out more about their updated package entitlements.
On Agent Package Renewal
Is there a promotional or special price for agents who have been long-time subscribers? / Do I still get to enjoy discount at renewal if I renew after 1 December 2021?
As our long-time subscribers, you will continue to enjoy the renewal offer and loyalty discount as long as you continue to renew your Agent Package subscription.
Can I renew my account earlier and will I get the new entitlements?
The earliest time you can renew your account is a month before your account expiry month. If you are unsure of your account expiry, you may find this information on AgentNet. For example, if your account expires in Dec 2021, you can renew it between 1 Nov 2021 to 31 Jan 2022.
If you renew your account before 1 Dec 2021, you will receive Ad Credits based on the previous package. However, you will receive extra pro-rated Ad Credits to your account basis your package type and account expiry date. You will be notified once the Ad Credits have been issued to your account.

On Existing Agent Package Holders
I am holding an existing Agent Package, do I receive extra Ad Credits basis the updated entitlements?
All active Agent Packages (Beginner, Pro and Superstar) will receive extra pro-rated Ad Credits to your account by 1 Dec 2021 basis your package type and account expiry date. You will be notified once the Ad Credits have been issued to your account.
