To enable our agent partners to use our products at any time, we are moving towards activating our products using Ad Credits. Therefore, we are stopping the sale and activation of Exclusive Listings. Kindly stay tuned for more product updates.
I have active Exclusive Listing bookings that are running past 1 June 2022. What would happen to them?
No changes will be made to these active bookings. We would fulfil these active Exclusive Listing bookings as per their end dates.
When is the last day to make my Exclusive Listing booking?
1 June 2022, 23:50hrs.
Who can I contact to book my Exclusive Listing?
Please call +66 2204 9555 or your Account Manager before 1 June 2022, 23:59hrs to complete your Exclusive Listing booking.
Can I choose the start date of my Exclusive Listing booking?
We would recommend that you apply your Exclusive Listing bookings to all your active listings right away. You are unable to amend your booking from 1 June 2022, 23:59hrs onwards.
Where can I check my Exclusive Listing balance and date of purchase/issuance?
Please contact your Account Manager or our Customer Service at +66 2204 9555. Alternatively, you may send your enquiry through the chat application in your AgentNet
How do I know if my Exclusive Listing booking is activated?
You will be able to see the Exclusive Listing icon highlighted on the featured listing card in your Listing Management Page.
Once my Exclusive Listing booking is confirmed or activated, can I make any changes to my booking?
No changes can be made once the booking is confirmed or activated.
I don’t have a listing on hand to use my Exclusive Listings. Do I get a refund for my Exclusive Listing balance?
Any unused Exclusive Listing balance would be converted into Ad Credits, which you could use to improve your listing performance through Turbo, Boost or simply reposting your listing.
Turbo is our latest feature that can give you up to 12X more listing exposure than any regular listings.
Does these Ad Credits have an expiry date?
Ad Credits are valid for 12 months, starting from the date of issuance.
How is the Exclusive Listing balance conversion to Ad Credits calculated?
Ad Credits converted = Exclusive Listing Rack Price / 2
For example, you have purchased 10 months of Hot Area Exclusive Listings, for Sale at 20% discount.

Your Purchase Price = THB 20,800

Ad Credits you receive 13,000
When would the Ad Credits be issued to me?
The credits will be issued to you by 10 June 2022. You will receive an SMS notification from us once the issuance is completed.
Can I convert my Exclusive Listing balance to other products?
Only Ad Credits conversion is provided, as Ad Credits would give you access to our key products moving forward. You could use Ad Credits to improve your listing performance through Turbo, Boost or simply reposting your listing.
