Thank you for making a purchase with DDproperty. Here are the answers to the frequently asked questions we have regarding online payment.

What is an online order?

For agents who want to process their DDproperty payment online (it's fast and secure), you can view your order details from AgentNet and/or through individual link that your sales representative sends to you

Why can't I see my payment pending in AgentNet?

Your order may have expired. Please contact your sales manager if you wish to continue with the purchase.

Upon receiving the order notification, when do I have to complete my online payment?

Your order will be valid for 7 days, starting from the time you receive the payment link. This includes weekends or public holidays. You have to complete the payment within this validity period.

I do not want to proceed with my order, do I have to delete the order from the AgentNet dashboard?

If you don't want to proceed with your order, no action is required from your end. The order will expire after 7 days

Why is my order for a promotion no longer available for payment?

There are two reasons on why your promo order is no longer available.

    1. Your order expired after 7 days or;

    2. The promotion had ended

Can I pay by installments for online payment methods?

For now, pay by installments are not available yet. We are working on it.

I noticed there are Terms of Purchase and Terms of Service. Do I have to agree to them?

Yes. You must agree to the Terms of Purchase and Terms of Service before you can confirm your order. You are encouraged to read through the terms.

I don't want to pay online, what are my other options?

We encourage all agents to process their payment using our highly secured online payment system. However, some agents prefer to pay offline methods which is also possible so, please contact your sales manager to give more information to you.
