• 6 เดือน ago Every DDproperty package comes with a specific number of Ad Credits. Use your Ad Credits to Turbo listing.
You have the option of topping up your Ad Credits at any time of your subscription. Ad Credits are available for ala-carte purchase in bundles of 500.To check your Ad Credits balance, log in to AgentNet and view the section on "Credits" shown on your dashboard.
Ad Credits that are issued with your Agent Package will be valid till your package expires; while those purchased on an a-la-cart basis will expire 12 months from the date of issuance.

When can I start using these credits?
You may start using them from 1 Nov, 2019.
How can I get these credits?
For current agents - DDproperty will be issuing free credits to you, so you can leverage on Boost to improve your listing performance at no additional cost.
For renewing agents / new agents - these credits will be added to our package starting 1 Nov, 2019. Upon renewing or subscribing, you will have access to use Ad Credits.
How much does it cost?
Ad Credits are sold in bundles of 500, and cost as low as THB 4 / credit.
What are the validity period?

Ala-carte credit purchase - Credits are valid for 12 months, starting from the date of issuance.

Package bundled credits - Credits are valid from 12 months and expires with your subscription

Free Ad Credits issued by DDproperty on 1 Nov, 2019 - These credits will expire with your subscription
Can the credits be used to purchase premium features?
No, the credits can only be used on Boost and non-exchangeable for cash.
Can I transfer my unutilized credits to my agent partner?
Transfer of credits is not allowed.
For those free credits that were issued to me, can I carry them forward to my next renewal if I did not complete using them?
Any unused credits will expire as per your subscription end date, and cannot be carried forward to your next renewal.

You can do so via AgentNet homepage
How did DDproperty determine the number of free Ad Credits to issue to each agent?
Depending on the number of months left in your current subscription, we will pro-rate the number of credits issued based on the full entitlement we are giving in the packages with the new entitlements.
